These Terms apply to dixen.xyz, its catalog, cart and software licenses offered by DIXEN. The catalog includes VAN-EMULATE, VAL-VISOR and VAL-SAFE for VALORANT, plus the VAN-SPOOF tool. By using our services or purchasing a license, you agree to the applicable terms. If you disagree, do not proceed with a purchase.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or obtain permission from a parent or guardian where required by applicable law. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials, license keys and devices. Do not share information that lets others access your account or license.
A license permits personal use of the selected product for the duration and on the terms of the offer. It does not transfer ownership of the software. Check the product, quantity, duration, price and included items before purchasing. VAN-EMULATE includes VAL-VISOR for the purchased license period. Clarify the scope of any license advertised as lifetime before purchasing; that label does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or future compatibility.
The official domain identified in these Terms is dixen.xyz. Use the channels published on that site for product, activation and support information. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes or remote access to unverified individuals. Third-party offers do not represent DIXEN without express authorization.
Catalog prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Confirm duration, quantity, discounts, currency conversion and fees before paying. Listed payment methods are bank transfer (Havale/EFT) and cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC and USDT), subject to availability. The checkout on this site does not charge you by itself: it issues an order code, valid for 24 hours, which you send to the team on Discord together with a screenshot of the summary. Payment is made directly to the team by the chosen method, and the license is released in your dashboard once the team approves the order. Purchases with site balance complete immediately. Adding an item to the cart creates no charge and no license.
Once purchasing is available, delivery and activation will depend on payment confirmation and the conditions stated in the offer. Check operating system, processor and motherboard requirements before purchasing. Updates to VALORANT, Vanguard, Windows or hardware may affect operation. DIXEN does not promise universal compatibility or uninterrupted operation.
Do not use the services for fraud, unauthorized payments, account intrusion, malicious file distribution or infringement of third-party rights. Do not bypass licensing or redistribute, resell or share access without authorization. Restrictions on reverse engineering and modification apply only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not authorize interference with third-party services.
Send requests concerning cancellation, incorrect charges, non-delivery or access issues to DIXEN support with your order details. Conditions disclosed at purchase and mandatory rights under applicable law will be respected. A product being digital or a license having been activated does not, by itself, remove statutory withdrawal, warranty or refund rights.
Products may receive updates and experience maintenance or unavailability. Access may be restricted for fraud, security compromise or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable rights. Service changes do not remove obligations already incurred in a purchase or mandatory consumer rights.
The cart stores selected products, plans and quantities in your browser. The checkout sends the server only the selected items, the chosen payment method, the e-mail you enter and the coupon, tied to your Discord ID, to issue the order code; no card number or password is requested — do not enter them in the fields. DIXEN is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored, approved or authorized by Riot Games. VALORANT and Vanguard belong to their respective owners. Riot Games rules prohibit cheats and unauthorized third-party programs. Use may result in suspension, account bans or hardware restrictions. No DIXEN product guarantees freedom from detection, bans or loss of access.
Catalog information describes the offer and does not promise match results or protection from actions by third-party platforms. Each party’s responsibilities are determined by the offer, the facts and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties, limits non-waivable rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
DIXEN may update these Terms by publishing a new version on dixen.xyz. Changes will not apply retroactively to remove acquired rights. For questions about licenses, orders, these Terms or data requests, use the DIXEN support channel below.
