What we collect. What we don't. What we do with it.
DIXEN sign-in at dixen.xyz uses Discord. We receive the account ID, name and avatar to identify the user. This sign-in does not request your Discord password or access to your messages.
Guide access is associated with the Discord ID and license expiry. Order history lives in the dashboard; payments are arranged with the team outside the site. Information you send to support is handled through the channel you contact.
We use the approximate country supplied by the hosting provider, when available, to select the initial language. Otherwise, we use the browser language. Your manual selection takes priority. The website does not request GPS location.
The session is stored in an HttpOnly cookie for up to seven days; temporary sign-in state expires after five minutes. The cart and preferences stay in your browser. The server verifies sessions and product permissions.
Discord and hosting providers may process data under their own policies. For questions about your data or requests for access, correction and deletion, contact the team through the official DIXEN Discord.
